Dr. Som Lal Subedi, the newly appointed Chief Secretary at a formal farewell event organized by the Ministry of Federal Affairs and Local Development. The event was graced by Mr. Prakash Man Singh, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister- MoFALD including joint secretaries, Director Generals, Under Secretaries, officers and various staffs working at the Ministry.
