The news article highlights that as oppose to previous practices of utilization of 35% targeted budget via formation of various committees, this time the fund is mobilized via WCF for addressing identified priorities of target groups. The article draws examples from 'Binauna 3 of lalahi VDC' and 'Hirmaniya' VDC of Banke whereby some part of the target budget was utilized in supporting income generation activities via WCF coordination.
