An agreement was signed between Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Ministry of Federal Affairs and Local Development (MoFALD) concerning additional 3 Million USD to support the Local Governance and Community Development Programme. The agreement was signed by His Exellency, Ambassador Kjell Tormod Pettersen on behalf of Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs while Mr Mahendra Man Gurung, Secretary, MoFALD signed the agreement on behalf of MoFALD.
